Butter Milk

Because the next two recipes I will be posting call for butter milk I thought I should post an easy way to make it from regular milk.

1 Cup Milk
1 Tbs Lemon Juice or Vinegar or Cream of tarter

Stir together and let sit at room temp. for about 10 minutes.

  2. What a great idea, if you try it I would love to hear how it comes out! I might try that, maybe I could sneak Pat some Kefir that way!!!
